Chamdo bomb explosion linked to China's move to colonize rural Tibet

Chinese authorities were reported to have so harassed the monks of a 12th century Buddhist monastery in Chamdo Prefecture of Tibet Autonomous Region, following a bomb explosion at a local government building there, that they had all fled their religious centre, leaving it with just three elderly monks. --TD/Dharamsala
